How we work

First one in, last one out.

From initial concept to design and schematic documentation — from project pre-wire to the finished installation — our team is always there. Thirty-plus years of that habit is the service plan.

01

Listen & walk the space

How you live, who uses the rooms, what already exists in the walls. We would rather subtract a gadget than add one you will never touch.

02

Design & documentation

Plans, elevations, and schematics the electrician, millworker, and builder can actually build from. Scope and budget stay visible.

03

Pre-wire

We are on site early. Cable paths, rack locations, keypad elevations, speaker placements — coordinated before drywall closes.

04

Install & finish

Gear, fixtures, shades, and trim. The work should look like it belongs to the house, not like it was added later.

05

Program & teach

Scenes named the way your family talks. A short handoff so every person in the house can run Goodnight without a tutorial.

06

Support

Best-in-class service after the punch list. Updates, service visits, and a number that reaches someone who knows the job.

On time, on budget

Projects stay on track because we stay on them.

Small systems and demanding whole-home integrations. Moderately sized budgets and the ones that require every detail. Same process, same accountability.
